Be friendly, be courteous, stay true to yourself and - most importantly - stay a nerd. And yes, be funny, a little crazy but also honest.
Maybe be a little too consumerist, but don't offer everything, because; only what I would buy myself is sold.
Do it better! I try to implement and integrate everything that I find stupid or lacking in “customer” service. One point is particularly important: transparency!
Sure, not everything always works perfectly - that's just the life of a one-man business with far too little time. It can only go wrong, right? But you know what? Putting your heart and soul into it makes all the difference!
